WHY THE BUTTERFLY EFFECT?

As leaders, we have a responsibility to take care of ourselves, so we can effectively lead others. The Butterfly Effect was created to give senior women in the Bay a space to connect with other women living a similar leadership journey. At the Butterfly Effect our purpose is to enable a collective of talented women to come together, to be themselves, to be inspired and to be energised; Supporting each other to continue to thrive as leaders and contribute in their own extraordinary way.
Through our bespoke events, we create a welcoming and engaging space for women of influence to connect, to talk, to inspire, and to learn from each other.
